CB UdeC- DiagnoChrome Chile

DiagnoChrome is a spin-off company of the Biotechnology Center at the Universidad de Concepcion, Chile. La company develops kits for the diagnostics of plant pathogens, being our first kit the detection of Botrytis cinerea in bluberries.

Biochemst from the Universidad de Chile, and dr rer Nat at TU Braunschweig, Germany. Currently Deputy Director of the Biotechnology Center and professor at the Forest Science Faculty at the Universidad de Concepcion Chile. Main area of R&D&i genomics and biosafety of GMOs. PI of several R&D proposals with companies, in the area of forest genomics. 

Have been co-founder of two spin-offs Genomica Forestal and DiagnoChrome. The latter focused on the development of detection kits for plant pathogens.
